Henry C. Shelton, CEO
Thirteen years in the field of Systems Integration, Systems
Testing and Evaluation. Nine years spent designing and developing Management
Information Systems for various industry sectors. Mr. Shelton, an entrepreneur
for the past nine years has been responsible for new site startup and management
whereas he recruited, trained and managed project teams required to complete
turnkey systems installations.
Developed new business and marketing strategies
for three startup companies. For the last 8 years his focus has been
in the area of Information Systems, Internet Applications Training, and
Web
Development.
Mr. Shelton currently is the CEO of OC3 Technology, Inc., providing leadership
for the company which focuses on IT Consulting, IT Solutions and Development,
database management systems, systems integration, back-end integration of
Internet Web Communities, Streaming Media, Video production services as well
as other Internet and digital based media. He is responsible for negotiation
of strategic partnering relationships, business plan development and communicating
with investors for capitalization of the firm.
Mr. Shelton has served on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Black Chamber
of Commerce where he chaired the International Trade Committee. He also served
on the Education Committee. In addition he has served on the Board of Directors
of the Dallas United Nations Association serving the position of V.P. of
Education and Government Relations from 1994 - 1997. He is currently V.P.
of Community Outreach for the North Texas Technology Council. Mr. Shelton
is a member of Rotary International and a local member of The Park Cities
Rotary Club.
A native of Dallas, Texas, Mr. Shelton received a Bachelors of Science Degree
in Electronics Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute of Technology
in 1985. He began his career with General Electric Medical Systems and worked
in the area of Medical Diagnostic Imaging Systems for 10 years.
