Willie M. Dozier, COO
Willie Dozier is currently co-founder and COO of OC3 Technology. He oversees
the daily operations of the company and is responsible for developing strategic
partnerships for new business development.
Prior to co-founding OC3 Media, Mr. Dozier was cofounder and COO for Rxperts
Inc., a pharmaceutical reclamation business. In this capacity, he developed
and implemented the RMS(Returns Management System), a backend process that
streamlined the complex reverse logistic portion of the pharmaceutical industry
supply chain. He also designed and implemented multi-user, multi-form applications,
automated inventory system and developed data specific analysis and reports
using SQL for virtually all departments. Rxpert's software was eventually
licensed to an existing returns company.
Mr. Dozier also negotiated and signed contracts with the Veterans Administration
Hospital System and the Baylor University Hospital System.
Mr. Dozier has also served as an Operations Analyst for GTE - Audiotex,
an Interactive Service firm. He was also previously employed by Chemical
Waste Management as an Operations Supervisor.
Mr. Dozier received his BS degree from the University of North Texas in
Interdisciplinary Studies in 1990.
