OC3 was founded in August 1999 and is managed by Henry C. Shelton, CEO, Willie M. Dozier, COO, and Darron O. Roberson, CIO. The team collectively has over 25 years in the Computer Information Systems Industry with a combined 18 years in the Internet business.
OC3 employs a team development strategy thus ensuring a faster development cycle. Our diverse and accomplished development team, comprised of IT professionals, Business Managers and Educators, uniquely positions us as a premier solutions provider to the targeted industry in which we serve.
Technical staff (including the founders) is comprised of graphic artists, videographers, web developers and software programmers with significant programming experience in Java, HTML, C++, XML, Director, Lingo, etc.
In addition to our internal team, we integrate ourselves into your corporate team to form a cohesive whole whose collective success depends on the professional, business and technical synergies of both organizations working as a transparent seamless unit.

The resultant financial, human and intellectual capital derived will become the fuel used to create disruptive yet enabling technologies that will transform, enhance and revolutionize the means by which knowledge is distributed globally to both consumers and academia.
From the acquisition of this knowledge will emerge new entrepreneurs and enterprises that will subsequently benefit from the accumulated business processes and technology models grown out of new innovations in business optimization and efficiency. World class, global training facilities dedicated to internal and external training will be an inherit component of the overall OC3 enterprise.
